Brookvale Chateau

Very nice place to consider From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I enjoyed my stay at Brookvale Chateau and would not have left, if I didn't have to relocate for work. It was a great location, with grocery shopping and library at walking distance. The office staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The maintenence staff were great. I loved the lay-out of the apt., and the fact that the balcony had access from both the living & bed room. I had a 3rd floor unit, and the view of the hills across was beautiful. The apartment was very well insulated and felt very comfortable during winter. The grounds though small, were kept very well. The only complaint I had, was perhaps, that the unit did not have an AC. It was uncomfortably hot during summer months (though there were ceiling fans). I did not have a fitness center, entertainment center/club house, like many other apts do, but on the whole, I loved living here, and would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone who is considering to rent. If I have move back to bay area, Brookvale chateau will definitely be my choice.
