Crossroads Village Apartments

My husband and I just moved in about almost a month now. Here's my story: When I walked into office, I admit I was a little rude to the people in the office because I'd spent a month shopping around already and it was a hot day. I personally believe if you're rude to someone, expect it to come back tenfold. What'd you expect''' The assnt manager (very young) explained to us the different apartments they have, she showed my husband and I a two bedrm floorplan, she was very detailed in the tour we took. My husband and I were very pleased with the apt. We got back into the office, and after everything was explained to us as far as the application process was concerned we left to get the money orders from bank. They notified the same week of our approval. In the past places I've stayed, management was very unprofessional and lazy (didn't respond well to my requests). The office staff are very professional and they respond reasonably. The manager may not always be nice, and not say what you want to hear, just put yourself in their shoes. I know I wouldn't last a day doing what they do. People, you have to understand they are only doing their job. Look at it this way, if you needed your burner to be fixed and your neighbor's apartment was flooding because of the upstairs place. Who do you think they should respond to first' So far, I have enjoyed my stay here, it's very quiet place with children playing only in the evening in the playground. The laundry rooms are very nicely decorated. The extra parking spaces is another plus.
