up to you From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Still recommend this apartment but read carefully about the pitfalls. PRO Fremont hub is accross the street. Enough green, trees. Friendly neighborhood Very clean when you move in. CON Mailbox location not right. There is one right at my apartment but I need to go accross another building to get mine. Price should be a little cheaper given its size. Don't clean when moving out. The management makes it a practice to deduct your security deposit for cleaning. That's why it's quite clean when you move in. I have several rental experience and never had been charged a cent from my deposit. Crossroads charged me more than half of the deposit for cleaning, painting, and carpet shampoo. There is no way to avoid the charge no matter how many hours you spend clearning.
