Well, I would like to begin by stating that I have been a resident at Crossroads since about 1993-current. Reason why I have not moved out yet is because of location & housing purposes. When I first moved in, we were under different management I believe her name was Nancy-What A Doll!!Wish she came back.I had 3 families move in shortly after I had, because of the location, the apartment complex, management, maintenance, etc. After Nancy left, we had Marty come in, and that's basically when ---- hit the fan. Since Marty has been the manager, every tenant I know including myself has complained, cried, even had nervous breakdowns based on her attitude. She is extremely arrogant, selfish, self centered, rude, always angry, she reminds me of Kathy Bates in the movie "MISERY"...check out the movie and you will know exactly what I mean. I initially thought she was a racist, but no she is just rude to everyone. She used to smoke, and it seems as if since she quit smoking, she can't handle it. The maintenance crew is awesome-gotta love those guys, they are very efficient and very hard working, and much much more polite. Marty doesn't have an ounce of their professionalism. I have made plans to move out next week, definately not giving any notice, and as far as I'm concerne Marty can take the deposit and pay for some THERAPY because she definately needs it. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THAT WISH TO RESIDE HERE-THINK TWICE-EVERYONE THAT MOVES HERE, RENTS A UHAUL NOT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS LATER AND TAKES OFF WITHOUT LOOKING BACK!
