I am living in this apartment right now.

Management - Excellent(The best people).
Facilities(Pool,GYM,Courts etc)-Above Average
Parking - Excellent
Cable - only CCI allowed(No AT&T)
Apt Rent - very competitive

You might see little noise pollution if you rent apt next to freeway.
I am totally happy with my decision to move in here.
