I have lived here for several years, but I am planning on moving out soon. Overall I have enjoyed my time here at Durham Greens, but it has gone down hill some over the years. The people who live here just aren't very friendly. Why can't people just acknowledge you and say hello. Is that asking to much' It must be a cultural thang. I have to say that Richelle in the office is awesome!!! She has really made living here nice. I hate when you have to deal with a grumpy staff, but she is so sweet. And Donna can be a bit grumpy and by the book but she's not a bad person and has been nice to me. All of the work, painting construction are just about done. It took forever! But the place is looking good. The Cable was very weak but they have added several channels lately making it much better. The phone service is OK and the DSL is FAST!!!

Did I mention how nice Richelle is'
