They were nice when we moved in (2000). But over last couple of year, they have become untolerable. Lot of theft. Staff keeps inventing new rules under name of new property owner/mgmt. But nobody in mgmt has changed.
Very bad experience - for my baby, my parents, myself and our neighbours too.
They have monopoly on phones lines and cable services and charge huge amount if you want your own choice. We have stayed there over 3 years and by law they should change the wear & tear but they havnt. No-one is concerned. Property is over 30 yr old. Close to freeway (lot of noise). Not recommended even in worst nightmare.
