Part of the management team is among the top rate one can expect in this crowded region. Two ladies are generally more helpful than the guy, who in my opinion is less professional - when I called the office and complain about a school bus honking every morning, he said "I also live here, why I didn't here anything."

The management are rather fair. the lease is 3 month, and then you live on a month-by-month term in the same rate. if the rate they offer to new tenant is lower than yours. They will drop your rent to the same level (maybe only if you asked, :)

However, the complex is suspected to the traffic noise on the Automall Parkway (a lot trucks driving by, and offen honking). Generally, one get accustomed to that after a while.

At the time of writing, A school bus comes to building D (toward storage side), and honking at 6:30 every morning. that drives me nuts!
(They might be able to resolve that soon, but do ask them first if you care).
