I've lived here for 5 years. The place has a nice look to it, well maintain and beautiful grounds. The pool areas are nice. THey recently upgraded the excercise room a little making it almost usable. I like to play basketball on the hoop they have to the side. The staff is 50-50. One lady is really by the book. The other is a doll! Sweet sweet person. So I know who to deal with. The guy is not too overly friendly but he's helpful. The aprtments are pretty nice, but the cabinets are a little cheesy, I've had problems with the drawers breaking. I have never had a problem with bugs of any type. The hot water is endless!
If I had one complaint it would be that the neighbors are not very friendly. I say hello to everyone, and I'm lucky to get aresponse. But I guess thats not the apartments fault. Five years and only one person I actually made friends with and she moved out 3 years ago! hehe!
Overall you could do a lot worse. The price is right and the place is pretty nice, if not the neighbors.
