What you pay for is what you get! It is a cheap deal, and the apts look clean enough. But only after I moved in, I realized that the apt has serious mold problems. If you don't leave your window open, the mold creeps into the bathrooms. Also, the buildings are very close to power lines. Check out:

I agreed! This place is horrible. I've been living in this apartment for about 3 years now (because it's cheap) and there're so many problems. The window blinds were falling off and it doesn't cover the whole window, so people from the parking lot can look in (unless you're planning to put up your own curtains). The bathroom floor were discolored and the cabinets were old. Not just that, they tore my whole outside wall down and it looks OLD. It's disastrous. The only good thing is that it's cheap, other than that DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
