Rediculous Cable and DSL, Broken Treadmills

I moved in about two month ago. I'm mostly satisfied with the apartment except for Competitive Communications, basically your only cable, phone, internet provider. They charge rates slightly above what you get from the outside but with services is far lower in quality. DSL Internet is rediculously slow weeknights. They claim 3Mbps, but i can only get that at 6AM, in fact i regularly get about 15kbps prime time, yip, that's slower than dial ups. Cable service is horrendous, no HD, no Digital, and far fewer channels than Comcast or satellite. We definitely need to get rid of Competitive Communications and bring in ATT(SBC), Comcast, etc.
One other complaint, both treadmills in the gym are broken and management seems to be extremely slow in repairing it.
