I lived here for 8 years. When Silicon Valley was booming and apartments were hard to find, Durham Greens had a great staff. Professionalism at it's best ( when they did'nt even have to). The last few months it has been a nightmare. New management not knowing what to do, say they will correct a problem and then makes up a lie as to why they can't. We did have a car broken into in Jan 06, we are moving. Hot tub rarely hot, in all these years.

Regardless whatever people said in this review..they are bunch of losers..i personally think that the new Management team are GREAT...Stop using this webside to tell people that the Management team dont know what they are doing...butt out of their bussiness
