Poor School Scores and Poorly Maintained Apt

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Walters Jr. High and Kennedy High have the lowest scores academiacally. We lived here several years ago and Irvington was the school, they since have changed the school bounderies. We are buying a new home and wanted to keep Irvington for our child, we are moving again due to several situations.
1. School Bounderies
2. We found drugs outside our apartment
3. The apartment across from us has night traffic every nite and they wear gang colors
4. The apartments are not what they use to be. Very pooly maintained. Garbage everywhere.
5. Not a place for good family structure.
