I have to say the managers at this apartment SUCKS! When you have a problem or need help on ANYTHING, they don't care. All they care is if you pay your rent and if you have renewed your contract. I had to renew my contract, which I did already, and still gets reminder notes on my door, what the hell is that' so funny, they just post it on everyone's door b/c they need money!
You'll definitely thank me for this. If you still want to rent here, haha, good luck!

I was checking out these apartments today and I noticed they had flyers posted near the letter boxes from the leasing office giving $100 off to anyone who recommends new residents.
Isn't that a sign of lot of vacant units?
These must be something really wrong.
I did walk around the neighborhood and noticed garbage pilled up in the bins and overflowing, someone repairing his car, some old guy with a towel wrapped around his waist was walking around with a baby in his arms...
I just felt in a different world.
I think I will look for some other apartments.
