People are lying because the management has get rid of a lot off bad tenants. They are one of them. I have refer three friends. All of us are very happy with the management. They are very helpful. But I know they are firm with their Rules and Regulations. For those who cares about a quite living place, it is the best management you can ever have. Agnes is the best manager. We hae our monthly Newsletter, Christmas party, Anuual BBQ...etc.

I agree with usaliving. I have loud neighborand I complain to the management. They end up having those people move out. They were really mad at management. To me it is a good management that they care about our living standard more than just collect rent. You can not please everyone. Rent went up everywhere. IF you can not afford a better living place, go somewhere cheaper. No reason to be mean to the management staff who are just doing their job.
