We both have lived here for 3 years. We have never had any problems. Agnes, Cynthia and Chris have been very polite, super-efficient and caring. Bernanrdo has provided 30 minute Maintenance service for any problems. There has been no hassle about receiving packages etc. We have some answers for many of problems mentioned here:
1. Agreed - owners need to invest in property in In-Unit Washer/dryers, carpets, appliances etc. - so they are also not charging $1800 rent like others in Fremont.
2. How you behave with people - expect others to do the same. This is new America!
3. If you always complaint, there is a chance that you have a problem. Because it is unlikely that everything is bad except "you"! Learn some tolerance.
4. Maybe you did not survey well before moving in. Every place has s and -s.
4. For that "colored comment" - so maybe you need to learn that Management is Asian and they do NOT discriminate. Maybe you are new in America...everything BS cannot be called Discimination - the judge will throw your case out of court and Police will bill you $5000 for wasting their Police Time. And if you really want "Not to stand out" - then learn this:
a) When you cook, leave windows open, so you do not smell like walking "Food"
b) Do not stare - at others or inside other's cars at traffic lights
c) Do not go to grocery stores wearing bathroon slippers
d) Do not play loud TV/music late nights on week days
e) Learn Parking in one parking spot
