Please get rid of corp housing in this complex

Some units here are rented as corp housing I guess (from EBAS'). The people lived in those units change every month. No security feel here at all. During weekend nights, those guys visit each other back and forth and making big noises in parties. They also smoke, talk high volume using cell phone as well. Management, please get rid of them!!

I agree with this feedback. These corporations are using the units as hotel rooms. Every month there are new residents some of them new to this country and don't understand how to behave in common areas.
They are loud, leave trash outside the apartment and not throw it in the garbage bins, they carry alcohol to swiming pool area and smoke in public areas.
They can be seen at odd hours hopping from one apartment to another and have late night parties even on weekdays.
I talked to the management and it seems one of the corporations filled a complaint with fair housing department of California when some neighbors complained and the corporation was asked to vacate the apartment.
Do not move into this neighborhood. Durham greens also has to offer low income housing and hence there are lot of apartments being occupied with people with low income and hence most of the cars parked in the neighborhood are older models and some with ladders on it.
Atleast the new management listens and is polite. Thats the only positive part so far in last 6 months.

To the feedback leavers above. Take your head out of your own asses and buy your own home if you are so better than other people with old cars, you pissy, uptight, better than anyone, intolerant SOB.
