As a resident since May of 2000, I respectfully disagree with the June 3rd review a certain bitter resident has of the Estates. I have been through three management changes and find present management to be the most responsive and accountable of the three. As with anything in life, a lot of how you feel about a given set of circumstances has to do with your individual experiences. These experiences determine your perspective. I have a sneeking suspicion that the perspective of the aforementioned bitter tenant has more to do with thier outside life than the surroundings the bitter tenant presently calls home. On the other hand, my perspective has generally been positive. The apartments are some of the most spacious my wife and I have seen. The grounds are well maintained. Granted, some areas in the clubhouse could be maintained better but the pool area is always in great shape. Overall, I was satisfied when I moved in over three years ago, and...time is always the telling factor, I am still content with my surroundings.
