This Apartment management has very flawed business policies. As soon as your lease expires they will totally take advantage of you, they know that people have inertia moving to a new place, so they hike up the rent, being unfair to the residents already living there. They want to give the move-in specials to new tenants, and not even a current rent rate to existing residents. The only option you are left with is to leave.
Management seems to be snobby and rude.
