Zero water pressure

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
1. Zero shower water pressure. You have to buy a good shower head, or it will be a time-wasting, miserable shower for you.
2. Master bathroom?0?7s bath tub has no shower head. You have to use the tiny shower place in the the bathroom. Who takes bath everyday'
3. The garages downstairs make earthquake like noise. Some active people are using the garages, which will wake you up in the middle of the night and early in the morning.
4. The swimming pool water is too cold to swim in the summertime. They won?0?7t heat the water up till near wintertime.
5. The gym room?0?7s TV is set too high to be reached. The remote control is never in the touchable distance. (I am 5?0?71?0?7)
6. Ants everywhere in summer.
7. Not enough parking space.
8. Nice inunit laudry.
9. Nice hot tub.
