I have not lived at The Estates and had gone in for a tour. When you first walk in the office it is so lavish and plush that it almost takes your breath away. When I have seen apartment places like that in the past the people where very arrogant and rude so that is what I thought would be the attitude of the guy who approached me and my husband. However it was the opposite, this european guy with blond hair made us so relaxed and made me laugh so hard. He actually made my husband, computer stuffed shirt, laugh to the point that my husband told the guy he should be a stand up comic!
The price is high, more than we wanted to spend, but after seeing the model and the community we feel its worth the extra money. In my opinion its worth it just to listen to the guy, I cannot remember his name, maybe Shawn, but if you are looking go see that guy!!! Will be moving in July!!!!!!
