Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I renew because manager he give me and wife rent reduction. I live here for 2 year and I see people in and out of office, some very nice some very not nice. We goning to move but he said he value me and my wife and what can he do to keep me. I tell him and he said that is fair because people like me are very very portent to him. I like him and I stay.
If you move he very very nice man. Fix man somtime no good but manager tell he take care of me, so I see, Okay.
