hi i moved out 2 months ago, trying to save money. big mistake, i have spent more on an apartment that was "cheaper". more money on electricity/gas, poor insulation. manager did not repair very well and had to go buy and repair myself!
went back to the office to see what was available and met the office manager, cool guy. he was funny and made me feel like the office missed me as a tenant, i never met him before!
if you are looking to move go to the estates its worth the money and the guy makes you feel like family.
