We loved the area, library, shops galore, and all the services you will ever need within a few miles. Great park right next door.
We found the apartment immaculate, and the maintenence service was average.
Average gym, great pool but a little dirty in my opinion. No other sports facilities.
We had a problem with hot water, it took 3-5 minutes to get it. Imagine waiting 3 minutes for a shower and more in the kitchen.. it is rediculous! There is no fee for heating the water but you pay for the water usage. If you have a garage it's only a matter of time before you hit the building as there is unsufficient room to turn and the entrance is too narrow.
If you don't have a garage you will get an allocated carpark but it could be a long way from your apartment. If you have a second car you are dead... there is insufficent additional parking - expect to drive round in circles looking for a carpark.
This is an expensive apartment, you can negotiate a good deal going in but if you plan to renew they can be be unmerciful depending on demand at the time. So plan to only stay one term if you can and push hard for a good price or a free months rent.
I would look araound but probably the best and most expensive in the area.
