I have nothing but ill things to say about the management of this complex. I was a perfect tenant. My rent was always on time & I never got any complaints from my neighbors. When it came time to move out, The management LIED to my face. They tried to overcharge me with every single move out expense available. Luckily, I know the laws and policys of renters rights and I was able to not have to pay all the ridiculious charges. I tried to call the main office of Metric Properties after hours they do not even have an answering maching. It is the 21st Century, even my little old Granny has an answering machine. Please do not take my word. MOVE IN and let your misery begin!
