It?s unfortunate the some people are so nave as to automatically blame the tenants for issues with management by them being immature or having wrecked an apartment. I?m beginning to think Metric Property is inundating this site with positive feedback to improve their overall ratings.

It is even more unfortunate that we live in a society where large companies always beat out the individuals. With such money that these large companies, such as Metric Property have, they are able to hire lawyers and find loopholes and ways out of any situation. And, somehow, manage to find ways to make even more money from individuals though they certainly don?t need the additional profit.

If you have not had a problem with Metric Property Mgmt. at this site, congratulations. Just wait, though?.this likely means you have not had to deal with them for anything of importance. I thought the same was true until I actually had to turn to the management company for assistance with common tenant issues, such as moving out, needing repairs or trying to locate a lost package they had signed for. I personally don?t believe that a tenant who pays rent in full, on time, does not cause problems, follows all rules and maintains a perfectly clean apartment should be treated with disrespect at any point in time when respect is shown.

Don?t believe Metric Property maintains a poor service oriented staff' Try calling them' See how long it takes for them to answer the phone, or for how long you get put on hold if you?re not inquiring about renting a unit. Try asking them basic questions that don?t have to do with how ?wonderful? their facilities are, or how great a deal they?ll get you when you move in.

Fact is, Metric is out to fill their units. Understandably, it is a business. I personally don?t believe doing business should have anything to do with trying to rip people off; however?it?s called ?business ethics.?

Again, if you have not had any problems with the management company you likely haven?t needed them for anything. To those looking at this facility, enjoy providing you don?t mind being talked down to or plan to ever move!
