The management totally sucks. They show no careness and respect to neither you or your properties.
1. We contacted them for renting an apt long time ago before moving in and got confirmed an apt. 1 day before moving in they told us they changed it to another one.
2. We arrived the day of move in, work hours. Not only didn't they show any apology for the last minute change, but they refused to let us in the apt saying some paperwork was not finished, and we had to wait in their lobby for hours. Even that they appeared very impatient with us, just like we did something wrong.
3. When we finally get access to the apt, we found the cleaning was not even finished- it was a corporate housing and was supposed to be clean before we move in.
4. Since time left is so little before moving in, we'd already had mails forwarded to the first apt they promised. When we ask them to open the mail box of the first apt to get our mails, they refused to do so and it had nothing to do with the current tenant in that apt, 'coz there was no one living there during the time we lived there. Even there are someone there, they should have got my mails out 'coz they changed our apt at last minute.
5. I and many other tenants witnessed an incident: one day there was a whole box of postal mails left in front of all mail boxes by the mailman, unattened. Among them many are credit card bills, checks etc. When we called the management office, they said "they don't care".
