I have lived here for a couple of years and did not even know about this site until a co-worker told me about it. I was quite amused by the postings I read. I am amazed at the level of people living here. I had assumed since the rent was fairly high that I had a higher class of neighbors than most other communities. It is very obvious from the slang phrases and illiterate rantings that there are quite a few uneducated and racially ignorant people living at the Estates at Park Place. Not to mention someone that has nothing better to do than sit around and complain about petty issues. Also I lived in the building where the 3 legged cat liked to roam and can tell you the staff would have never KICKED a cat and also I was there when they caught the cat and was taking it to the humane shelter. And yes we did receive a letter not to feed the cat so it would quit whining outside our windows. This was due to ME asking the staff to do something with the cat. I physically asked for something to be done and the management took action. I don't cry around anonymously on a web site and wonder why my "issues" never get addressed. If the person writing the complaint was so concerned about the cat, why didn't you take it in. Again don't complain about something unless you are willing to take action. The Estates at Park Place is not perfect but I don't expect humans to be. But it is a pretty community and I really enjoy my home. So to those of you that don't...please move. You are ruining it for the rest of us.
