I just wanted to write a quick note as to my expierence on moving into The Estates at Park Place.
I moved here from New Mexico and the cost is living here in Fremont is going to take some time getting adjusted too. While I was on line looking for an apartment I came across this community. I called and spoke to a rep that seamed confused as to some questions I had, she put me on hold and then Sean picked up. He reassured me that it would be an easy adjustment and gave plenty of info on Fremont the Bay area, schools and just bascially community info.
He mailed to me some plans and application, I applied through the mail so when I arrived basically everything was done.
If you talk to him I truly feel he does not try to give you a sales job and he said he speaks very direct, and boy he does, very direct but not offensive. Being a female new job new states new place to live he made me feel at ease and I truly appreciate him calling after the move to make sure that I was settling ok and getting to know the area. I cannot honestly write that the girls in the office are as concerned or helpful, but please call him if your moving out of state.
