Where do you start'You have to pay to use the bbq by the pool, the neighborhood hoodrats have semi permanent shopping carts placed on each side of the retaining wall to climb over and cut through the complex while the mainenance people stand there with drool coming out their mouths due to their fear of losing their jobs and their residency I wonder if they even have work visas, people park in others assigned spots, you dont need a access code for the gates--simply park your car in front of the gate and it opens, for 3 days straight some kids with a mini bike were wrecklessly riding at night with no lights..let me change that to speeding through the complex on loud gas poweredbikes save your money and rent a house.If you plan on moving here just hop the fence at night and see how many vacant spots they have.You can tell by looking for the shades open/no lights.If you rent here and your lease is up they try to charge you 250 dollars per month additional if your lease is up and you dont want to sign a new one.Good luck! Oh and on top of that you have to pay to wash your car! Give me a break. If you move here go back by the maintenance shed and use the hose to wash your car.
