Happy to have moved to the estates

I just moved in March 01, 2005. I looked elsewhere to find a nice, did not have to be fancy, apartment until my house is built.
I toured The Estates and found the property to very well kept, the office personel to be outgoing and the manager very warm and quite amusing, he even invited me to a brunch he holds regularly.
I moved in and after all the PAPERWORK was complete, I spoke with the tenants and they all agree as I, it might be a little pricey but the apartment is the best layout, the staff EXCELLENT and as the prvious person wrote you get what you pay for!
If its too much money I looked at Avalon, old but cheap, move there.
For me I am very happy to be here so far.
