I lived here from 2001 to April of 2005 and have been very pleased with my time here.

The rents are a little high for fremont, for still comparable to what other 'luxury' apartments were asking.

most problems and maintenance calls were taken care of the next day. and they do try to keep up the appearance of the property.

The management has been delightful to deal with. Shane has been nothing but wonderful in handling my requests.

The apartment is nice and relatively quiet if you have considerate neighbors., although it does feel like they cut corners during construction. The kitchen/bathroom fixtures would be better, and so could the appliances. But I'm grabbing at straws here.

The pool and clubhouse are very nice, and have the feel of a las vegas 5 star resort. The gym is a great replacement for a health spa membership.

Granted the only other gripe is that leases aren't very flexible. Only offering 1 to 1.5 year leases and only a month to month option with a 'fee' per month which most people can't afford.

If you plan on staying awhile, Go for it. But if you like to move every year, Plan accordingly before your lease is up.
