I have lived here for over one year and am very satisfied overall. The only problem I have and I don't know if this is a common one, but too often, idiots park in my carport. Most of the time, they leave within a few hours, but last night there was an ignorant moron who stayed until almost 10am this morning!!! There should be a 24-hour tow number available for these idiots because having a reserved space is really very important for those who work late.

In regards to the parking, please contact the office. The community does offer 24 hour towing. However, there are certain procedures that must be followed and the team at The Estates would be more than happy to help residents who encounter "parking cheaters." I am sorry for the aggrivation this causes and being a resident myself I truly understand and would like to help if this happens in the future. Please call the office and let us help. Shane
