With an incredibly fake and PLASTIC office staff and management, who pretend to care about you when the yearly renter survey comes out, why wouldn't you want to become a resident here'
You ask them for anything, and it's like pulling teeth. Apparently paying high rent isn't good enough for the smallest request.
This place has really gotten BAD - horribly Bad. Don't fall for it - it make look glam on the outside, but it's hell after you sign that lease.
By the way, the staff will be super nice to you until you sign the lease. After they get your signature - GOOD LUCK - you've become another sucker on their stats board in the back office. By the way, I'm sure they'll start talking cr*p about you too - just as they do all the other residents.

Move out if you so not happy! Sound like you are happy for upset. My family and I make freinds with the office peoples and are happy... we say MOVE OUT. Leave thems alone, they do good job for us and you so mean.
