I just moved out last month and miss terribly the Estates!
I had to move to Texas due to job. We moved to find how much we miss our apartment/garage. I have read some of the reviews and from a former tenant I will let you apartment lookers know that the place is very nice. Yes we could hear our neighbors from time to time, but like the last person wrote, it is an apartment. But, the layout of our place very spacious. We had wonderful neighbors who we are still in touch with and my daughter misses the Estates palyground, where she made so many friends.
The clubhouse has its rules which can be annoying, but I personally know that Shane has worked hard to keep it that way. From the former reviews state he is funny and he is very funny but to see him and Mary play is sooo ridiculously funny. The staff does a good job. (can be difficult to get to Shane at times, I think they screen people, but once you get him he will help more than most)
I did have some irritation getting a couple of items fixed, but I got to Mary and she got them done, called to make sure they where done right and then Shane called to make sure ONE week later, my wife so liked that.
We happened to break our lease and the penalties are wallet breaking but Inez helped with the buyout fee.
From a former family who lived here we recommend. We miss the place and the entertainment. Shane does the BEST BRUNCH EVER! Have him make you a coffee.
Pricey but it is worth it people.
Can't wate to move back.
