NOT WORTH IT!! COME BY AND READ THE PLAYGROUND RULES...IT IS NO PLAYGROUND, SWINGS''' WHAT SWINGS'! INSULATION' NONE!
THIEVES' PLENTY!!!!! CAR GOT BROKEN INTO TWO MONTHS AGO! I'M STILL PISSED! DO NOT RENT HERE, PURCHASE A HOME. OUT OF ALL 9 APARTMENT COMMUNITIES THAT I HAVE LIVED IN, AND THE ESTATES BEING THE NEWEST, I AM SADLY DISSAPOINTED IN THE LEVEL OF NOISE I NEED TO ENDURE ON A DAILY/NIGHTLY BASIS! THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!
