So, how much of a discount is the Metric Properties giving you for writing such NICE reviews'
I wouldn't rent here if I were you. Why'
1) Why rent when you can own a condo down the street for $300K - Alta Mar Villas
2) Why deal with crazy neighbors who drive 100MPH around the complex'
3) Why hear your neighbors upstair (as well as down stair) "making love" because of the paper thin walls

i agree with the writer completely!. i understand that in apartment living, there will be some noise coming from your neigbors, but THIS level of noise is intolerable, and this place is only 6 years old!!!! -honestly, who are u trying to kid by making up "wonderful" comments about this place? maybe you've never experienced "quality & comfortable" living.
