my only problems w/ The Estates are:

I can hear very loud noise from upstairs, much louder than normal.

I have had male solicitors knocking at my door on 4 different occasions after 8 pm and I only moved in 7 months ago. That is very scary since I live alone.

Trash left everywhere on the grounds for maintenance to pick up. It looks "ghetto" when my friends come by a ask "why is there trash everywhere, do you guys have dumpsters'"

Besides that, everything else is okay.

"ghetto" oh ----- please i've seen this place and it's not ghetto only snobby little ------- like you would think so. have you ever been to oakland or even san jose, now thats ghetto. a dirty hall way so what you don't live in that hall way do you? if you're so ------- scared to live alone get a room mate why pay for an expansive place like this if you're gonna complain about it. you have central air in your apartment, a washer and dryer in your unit!!! alot of people live in ---- holes where the dumpster is right under their window and believe me 90% of apartment complexes don't have AC or a washer and dryer in their apartment, some people actually have to go to a luandry mat and put coins in a machine to clean their clothes. you know nothing about ghetto so please stop bitching and moaning like you have a rock up your ass.
