Hey just a note for those of you looking to move here to Estates Park. I moved in last year to a 2 bedroom, great price. My lease was up for renewal and I got a $200 rent increase with no renewal special. I spoke to Shane the office manager and he explained to me why such an increase. I PROPOSED SEVERAL QUESTIONS, just to see if he knew or was just bs ing. He answered the questions about "market", a term he uses loosely, and seemed to be concered about me and my wife being "happy" here. Said he would ask his corporate office for anything he might do to keep us here and "happy".
We looked around, and I have to write that the increase is steep, but also is customer service. When looking at some complex's in the area, customer service is lacking, but the rent is lower.
The bottom line folks is this, if you want a nice community and customer service, with sincerity, then you will pay. If you just want cheap rent its out there, but we have renewed for another 10 months at a $200 increase because we feel our layout and service is what we want to keep us "happy".
Plus he throws some kickin lunches and will make you "happy" whether you want to be or not! (BY THE WAY WE RENEWED EVEN AFTER OUR CAR WAS BROKE INTO AND STUFF WAS STOLEN)(The office did not do squat to pay us back, the new guy filed a report but the care and concern by Shane, the manager and office staff was appreciated.)
My wife and I recommend.

Yes well the rent went up, water bill is not justifiable, renters insurance. It is just too much to pay. I agree that I like the staff and the parties that Shane throws but I am going to have to move, I cannot afford 1300 for a 1 bedroom. I think it should be around 1100 for what plan I have. It is just too bad too expensive,

To monica01, I just saw a negative review from you on Monte Vista in Union City dated with the same date. so how can you be living in 2 places at the same time?
