I moved into The Estates at Park Place over 3 year ago, moved out to Alborada then back into The Estates.
Moved out because a 3 bedroom was not avialable, then back because one was available after waiting for just over 6 months.
This is a great place to live, the front line is stable for the past two year. Very concerned with the status of overall property. Shane gave me his home line for some issues with teenagers having night parties in parking lot, impressive and he took care of the loud parties, security did not.
Maintance could use improving, hallways very dirty and when they do clean, shows lack of care. Items wrong in my apartment could also use care from the staff, maintenance say "oh I will be back tomorrow" and do not show or call.
Grounds look great, although the volleyball area is always saturated with water. The driveways could have more attention, always, always have to pick up the litter.
When I went into the office to talk with Shane about a $200 rent increase, noticed office looking nice but shabby, lights out and needs some tender loving care.
Why should I pay for an increase when the money is not obviously going to property.
Overall, I feel the property is a nice place to live, do not like rent icrease but I did call around and found they are higher thwnthose who offer a three bedroom.
Just some advice to office if they read this website, pay more attention to the grounds and the prestige of the main office building.
Shane, we love you! From the old managers to the present you are there, you listen and seem to care about us and the property. Thanks for giving us your home telephone number for after hour parties, people he is tough if you break the rules, which we all appreciate. You make us feel someone cares, finally!
I have renewed with some hesitation, but I cannot leave such a nice place with a staff like this in the office and the overall happiness with the community. Just work on those issues written above and do not let this place run down, or you might have a problem getting the tenants to pay such an increase.
