Hi; I have lived at the estates for four years. The apartments are very nice but the management office is fake and unfriendly. Plus
rent keeps going up. Also if you move in beware..... if your lease expires and you need to go month to month at some point the fees for that are exorbitant. All other apartments I have checked out say that once a year goes by you can go month to month without any sudden increase in rent - that they and usually just stay at the same rent.

I renewed because i was too lazy to move, couldn't afford it or did not have time in the times my lease came up.

I cannot say anything positive about the current management of this complex. Rude and unfriendly is the nicest thing I can say. Plus, not very helpful when it comes to maintenance problems. In fact just the opposite.

Hallways are dirty. Visitor parking is always full. When someone parks in your assigned space management won't do anything. I once had someones visitor parked in my space for two days and nothing was done despite several calls to security and the rental office.

This complex is not worth the money. Do not be taken in by the resort atmosphere.
