Our Opinion From: krysnknwn@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   New and moving to Fremont from Austin, Tx due to job transfer. My husband and I came to conclusion a few facts on apartments in the area. First-High rates! When asking different reps we were told its the market. What does that mean' Second-Office personel seem to be either very rude or busy. Most of the properties office workers have no human kindness or if they do the property looks run down, no good balance. Third-Location. What we found at The estates at park place. First-When asked what does the market mean Shane Smith explained not only the market but perhaps why in Fremont. No one has been able to answer this question/statement with a logical answer. The directness mixed with the understanding of the sticker shock we where having gave me and my husband with the knowledge we where seeking. Second-The property looks so well kept. Tina took us on a tour and she was made us feel like she had all the time in the world, not rushed. We asked if we could more than one apartment, no sighs like other reps, but took us to 2 show places. When asking about the rent and why so high she said we should talk to Shane, then we had our conversation. We took a few minutes to talk and saw some Human Kindness! A renter was extremely upset and demanded some sort of cleanin, Shane listened to the man, seemed to care, and offered a free carpet cleaning, Tina offered to make the appointment and then because of quick humor Shane made the man, Tina (us listening) break out laughing. The man walked out so different than the way he came into the office. Good Job! Third-Location is a little farther to walk to Bart but is close to the freeway. We left our depsoit and I went back because of buyers remorse. But Shane and Donicka made me feel reassured and let me walk around the property.
