I lived here for a year.I had to leave because of employee continued rudeness,verbal abuse & intimidation. The person was verbally abusive and I feared for my personal safety.The person went postal on me one day. Management did nothing to resolve the situation.While a resident, for six months I tried to rent the movie theatre for six months they would not spend the $500 to replace the light bulb so the movie theatre never worked. The office facilities are a joke the computer kept crashing to the point of being unuseable.The trash situation is a health hazard, it was everyone left their trash in the hallway, liquid drained and stained the hallways...then the trash receptacles were placed throughout the community with no covers so all the smelly unsightly waste is in full view/smell. And yes prepare to listen to your neighbours having sex and going to the toilet through paper thin walls. The children outside the complex throw stones over the walls and hit the cars.It was a terrible experience. Then to top things off they will charge you fees you don't owe and you'll have to go throught the courts to get your money back.I agree with previous posts the staff unfriendliness,hostility rudeness,unhelpfulness and abusivness is unaceptable and completely unbelievable until experienced.
