Apartments are nice and they accept small dogs but the management staff is good at getting you in, then watch out! This year there weren't any incentives to renew my lease, instead got a $100 a month increase in rent with no added benefits. And read the fine print, if you move out early and break your lease the least you will pay is $1,500 extra. The staff 9 times out of 10 will not return your call when you have a complaint or question. The majority of them are rude. They don't walk the property to make sure all the lease agreements are being followed - abandonded cars, items hung on the balcony cielings, items stored on the balcony are to name a few. Pet waste stations will go days without being refilled - all of the pet owners pay $35 extra a month on top of an additional deposit, they should never be out in my opinion. Lights are constantly out around the property and on the buildings. The entry gates are in bad shape and over the last 6 months have been broken 4 times - one time being stuck open for 4 days before it was fixed, just to break down again and get stuck 1/2 open for 3 more days. Same with the car wash, it has been down for months now. And when rats were in my storage unit, it was a constant issue to have the bait in the trap changed and dead rats picked up. I have called on all these issues more than once and either did not recieve any calls back or get a status update. In my opinion, all they want is your money once you get in. The tennants talk and all the one's I know have most of the same issues as me. You'll enjoy the apartment but is it worth it' I plan on moving out when my lease expires and buy a condo.
