I am a resident. The staff is nothing but awesome to us. They answer my millions of questions, are always curteous and never rude. I lived in other complexes in Fremont. This staff is much better. As for noise, what apartment complex doesn't have noise and or kids running around' They all do. The movie theatre is not broken and there is no garbage in the hallways..except on the days the staff so considerately comes around and picks it up. If you want to live in a secluded, noise free zone, then buy a house out in the rural areas. Get yourselves a maid, have no kids and do your own maintenance. I love this place. Yes you hear cars roaring through the paking lots at night, and some times hear people having a party or a good time, but who cares' That's called "life". If all you do is sit around in the quiet and complain, what quality of life are you living'
