very happy resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I moved into this complex six months ago. I have not encountered a single problem with the service (staff), grounds, noise, or appliances. Originally, my plan was to rent for 9 months and then buy my own property and move out. But, I enjoy the apartment living at the Estates at Park Place so much that I am going to continue living here for a while.
