My husband and I have been here for about 6 months. We are using it as an interim home until we find a new place. We love it here. We are getting used to the resort-like atmosphere. The staff has always been nice. The maintenance folks are quick. I highly recommend the Estates.

This person is one in a million, they do not treat the long term residents as well. The lease agreements seem to only apply to a few and are not equally upheld by the management. I will not renew my lease here.

Well, we've been here for a year. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is always here quickly, and neighbors are friendly. This place has typical issues just like other apartment complexes, but...management is so nice and always respond right away. No one can expect management to be extremely happy every day. It's unrealistic. For all we know, they may have come to work with a toothache one day and appear short or grumpy. Huh? Turns out, they are only in pain. As far as lease negotiations, well...I think they are reasonable with all. If they aren't that way with long term residents, it's probably because market rates increase every year. Those who moved in a long time ago are probably not paying the same rate as newer tenants. It's probably just a "balancing" deal.

Seems like the people who write good reviews for Estates at Park Place have to be the management itself. The management sucks.. They are mighty RUDE!! And also they are MEAN!! They all think that they own the place.. Feel that since the place is one of the finest apartment to rent in Fremont -- they are some kinda GOD.. And they give the mightiest attitude possible. They are the least helpful. Can't get enough words of disgust for the management of Estates at Park Place. And also did I mention the paper-thin walls of this apartment. One would think that that in an apartment where one pays right thru their nose.. one would expect better construction. Nada! Worse paper-thin walls. Would never ever tell ne1 to move to this apartment especially cause of the RUDE and MEAN management..
