I have lived here 6 years and have never had an issue with the office personel or the maintenance personel. I have seen many people come and go and the crew that has been here the longest I find very professional and considerate. Of course I have had things go wrong in my apartment but it has been taking care of promply. If I have had questions, like recently, about ny lease the manager has been more than helpful in answering my questions. I recently purchased a home and need to give notice and break my lease. He was more than patient in regards to my concerns. The buy out fee is horrible!!! But that is not his fault. I go in the office about once a week and always see those people hustling around, without attitude.I do see some tenants go in the office and treat the personel like they are less than human, with no kindness and the tone of their voice is just outlandish! It is funny that those I see treat the personel without respect are those that I see security pay visits to their apartment on a regular basis. Just a thought but perhaps those tenants should not live here! So I feel that if you treat people with respect then you get respect in return. If you are looking for an apartment and this is in your price, it is expensive, then choose The Estates at Park Place.
If you feel I am an employee I challenge you to e-mail me and I would be more than happy to meet with you and pick your brain on why good tenants write good comments on this public forum.

Your not talking to enough of the residents then. I posted the previous note and I am a good tennant - I follow all the rules. The management does not treat all tennants the same and the lease agreements are not up held equally. Take a look around the complex, read your lease, talk to your neighbors and you will form the same opinion. Oh and don't use the BBQ grill by the pool - rats were in it yesterday. But according to the management, there are no rats at this complex.

Seems like heysarrah is again one of the management person. I know loadza people there in this apartment. And I have lived there for couple of years. The management totally sucks and are way too mean and rude.. Unless u act as if you are INFERIOR to them or are ready to lick their shoes, they dont treat u right. But why as a tenant are we supposed to be so subdued in front of these mere employees of the Estates. And also who is saying that that tenants have to be rude. The mean rude behavior of the management makes the tenant so rude towards them. We are their customers. And they have to treat us with respect. And when we dont get the deserved respect from them, why should we respect them and be nice to them. They are SUPER MEAN!!1 I am sure my review will be deleted like before. And all the nice reviews posted here are by the management people itself.
