I have lived here for almost 3 years. My husband and I chose this apartment because of the nice layout, the grounds being well taken care and most important the management. Management used to be nice, concerned and professional.
We recieved a letter reading that the old management was being taken by Riverstone and not to be concerned. Since the letter there have been changes for the worst. They are as follows:
Grounds are littered with garbage. The garbage area is overflowing and a fire risk.
The upscale apartment has gone ghetto by putting banners on the property that are so tacky. The gates are not working and now there are more solicitors than ever. Brought this to the mgr that begins -------P and he hung up on me. Asked for his boss and he said go online and find my boss!!! Went online and the web address does not exist. Called him back and he is so rude he hung up on me again!!!! I never would have had such unprofessionlism with Metric.
My husband called and asked about our renewal which expires in March and he spoke with an ast mgr that begins -------and she told him that the letters have not gone out because the ONE person that was there is no longer there!!!!!!!!! She said give your 60 day notice and we might have to pay a month to month rate plus a month to month fee. Why should we pay higher rent because the idiots do not know what they are doing' We re[ported them to the Fair Housing.
When we inquired about the person who rented to us, the guy that has been written about on this site with blonde hair, we where told he is not here anymore he was terminated due to the economy. How rude to disclose that and with the economy one would think to keep people that have had a one on one relationship with the renters.
Regardless, Riverstone obviously condones this type of behavior of unprofessionalism and little do they realize the best advertisment is by mouth. We have already spoke with other renters and we will all move shortly due to the written above.
If you are looking DO NOT RENT AT THE ESTATES UNTIL RIVERSTONE LEAVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it hard ot believe anyone could be worse than the prior chuckleheads. I have a friend that lives in the complex next door and has no complaints.

I can't believe the new managment would be this rude to existing tenants when the market is so bad. Maybe you need to be more concrete about what you need and explain how the previous Leasing Mgr, name begins------------------------------------------------------------------------ were very good with customer service and that you expect the same service or more with the new management. You see, new management needs to know where they stand in comparison to the old management. If they don't provide the service of good customer service than most likely you will be seeing a shift in pricing bc the tenants will leave.
