I still live here. When I moved here it was fantastic! It was like living in a vacation resort. Then new management took over and it has been going downhill ever since. The interior common areas are filthy. Garbage collection, which was once a wonderful amenity, now creates a horrible eyesore (they throw the garbage off of the second and third floor and guess what' The bags break open! What a surprise!). Management has hung plastic lease signs right out front. I used to be proud to live here, now, in just a few short months it is an embarrassment. The "year-round heated pool" is freezing. The spa is filthy by Sunday night because there is no maintenance on the weekends. The old owners had the apartments painted before they left - you can still see the painter's tape. Half of the light fixtures which were loosened by the painters have not been screwed back in. When we moved in we were told that all of the uncovered parking spaces were for tenant use - now they're being rented and parking is starting to be a real pain. This could be such a great place to live (you certainly pay for a top-notch facility!) I am heart-broken. I don't know, maybe I'll stay and fight for better conditions or maybe I'll move. There are a lot of great tenants and the staff who used to be so nice and accommodating, now seem to be just as embarrassed. If you're thinking of moving here, just don't listen to the great sales pitches. There are NO guest chefs in the rental kitchen area. there are no exercise classes in the gym and the pool will probably never be heated no matter what they tell you. But there are a lot of nice people here.

I was interested about their special going on right now of a deposit of only $99.00. I came and they tour me around their amenities and the apartment itself. After I applied I got call and I was told that I did not qualify for the special. So I ask the lady who was helping me If my father could co-sign for me and I was told that I could. So I had to ask my father which was really hard for him to say yes to this but because I because of their special I said to myself. This will be over soon and the deposit is only $99.00 this is worth it. Then the next day I called the office and the lady that was helping me was not in and will be back in a couple of days so I had no choice but to deal with somebody else (the assistant manager) so she reviewed mine and my fathers application and told me that my deposit will be even higher this time, first month rent deposit, base deposit plus the rent and told me that my total move in would be around $3,500. I told told her I would think about it. So when I called her back again she tells me something different now. She said that they dont accept co-signers and my application is denied. I felt so bad that after all that hard work I did for my father to sign those forms It will all come down to this. All that work for nothing and them being so cruel....I know that god has a plan. I leave it all up to him....I believe in Karma.....
